Here at heads up! we know that everything people do depends on being able to move. Much of the enjoyment and satisfaction we get from our lives comes from activities which require some amount of movement.
Our treatment is hands on and designed to help with movement difficulties, stiffness, weakness, balance problems and for those who have just lost confidence in walking. Together with the individual, family and carers we identify problem areas and devise a plan of how to work towards obtaining the best functional outcome. With our specialist treatment we aim to restore confidence, make movement easier and maximise independence.
