Matthew Geffin

There is hope after stroke, and I cannot recommend heads up! highly enough.  Following a massive stroke I was in hospital rehab for six months.  When I left the hospital I could hardly walk and had no movement in my left arm.  With the help of the experts at heads up!, I am now walking almost normally, I am back at work and I am driving my car again (which is something I thought may not be possible again).  I’m doing a lot of home cooking, which is incredible in itself, because at one stage I couldn’t even butter a piece of toast.  I now have some movement in my affected arm, and I am confident that in time I will regain full use of the arm.

On my very first appointment with heads up!, I was told me that my arm potential to improve, this had never been mentioned by any other professionals.  Indeed, I had been told to forget ever getting any movement back in my arm.  Now, slowly but surely, my arm and hand improves.

heads up! are performing miracles on a daily basis, and it is a crime that this treatment is not available on the NHS.  I am eternally grateful to heads up! for the way they have helped me improve my life.  There is so much mystery and intrigue regarding treatment after stroke, but I can reassure you that with the help of heads up! you will find a way to unravel the mystery, and improve your predicament.
