heads up! is the longest-established group neuro-physiotherapy practice in the South-East of England, with clinics in South Holmwood (near Dorking), the New Victoria Hospital in Kingston, Roehampton and Sevenoaks.

Referrals

A wide range of health professionals refer patients to us, including hospital consultants, GP's, nurses, musculo-skeletal physiotherapists and occupational therapists.

To refer one of your patients, please ring Sally Watt, our Practice Manager, on (01306) 888171. Alternatively you can print out our referral form and fax the completed version to (01306) 888765 or 888771.
